prumaOS
Privacy
How prumaos.com handles what you tell it. Short, because it does very little.
What this covers
This policy covers prumaos.com — the pages you are reading and the form on them. It is a site where tattoo shop owners read about prumaOS and ask to be put on the list.
It does not cover the shops that run on prumaOS. Each shop operates its own stack under its own business, holds its own client data, and publishes its own policy. If you are a tattoo client rather than a shop owner, the shop you visited is the right place to ask.
What we collect here
Only what you type into the application form: your shop name, your name, your email, and optionally a phone number, city, chair count, what you run on today, and any notes you add.
Standard web server logs — IP address, browser, the pages fetched — are kept for security and debugging. There is no advertising network on this site, no third-party analytics script, and no tracking pixel.
What we do with it
We read it and we get in touch about prumaOS. That is the whole purpose. A human replies — usually by text or email, to the details you gave us.
We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. It is not fed to an advertising platform or a data broker.
Messages
If you give us a phone number on the form, you are asking us to contact you about your application, and we may text you about it. Reply STOP to any message and we stop. Message and data rates may apply.
This is a conversation about your enquiry, not a marketing list — we do not add you to campaigns and we do not pass your number to anyone else. Phone numbers collected here are never shared with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Application details stay while the conversation is live and for as long as we may reasonably need them afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep something.
How the product handles shop data
Separate from this site, and worth saying because it is the point of the thing: a shop's book, clients, money and numbers belong to that shop. Identity documents are checked and destroyed rather than stored. Links the system hands out are signed credentials scoped to one thing, and often to one sitting. If a shop leaves, its data leaves with it.
That posture is written up at length in The Privacy Doctrine in our papers.
Your choices
Ask us through the question box on prumaos.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Reply STOP to stop texts and unsubscribe to stop emails.
